GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the company MARKETING MULTI MEDIA SPRL (hereinafter "the Seller") to consumers and non-professional buyers (hereinafter "the Client" or "the Customer"), wishing to acquire the products offered for sale on the website https://mycosmovision.eu/ (hereinafter "the Site").

The products offered for sale on the Site are:

Personalized digital products (astrological readings and charts).

Personalized physical products (books and posters based on astrology or astronomy data).

Standard physical products (children's books, themed jewelry).

These GTCS are accessible at any time on the Site and shall prevail over any other document. The Client declares to have read and accepted these GTCS by checking the box provided for this purpose before validating their online order.

Product prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (including VAT at the rate applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise stated and excluding shipping or handling costs for physical products.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated by the Client.

To place an order, the Client follows the online purchase steps:

Selection of the product or configuration of the birth data required (First name, date, time, and place of birth) for personalized products.

Addition to the shopping cart.

Review of the order summary and correction of any errors.

Acceptance of these GTCS.

Selection of the payment method and validation of the payment.

The sale will only be considered final after the Seller sends confirmation of order acceptance to the Client via email and after full collection of the price.

The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the birth data provided for personalization. The Seller cannot be held responsible for analysis or printing errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the Client.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment for purchases is made by credit card or any other secure payment method proposed on the Site at the time of the transaction. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the secure protocol of the third-party payment provider.

Digital Products (Readings, Charts): Delivered electronically (direct download and/or sent by email) to the address specified by the Client, as soon as possible following payment validation.

Physical Products (Books, Posters, Jewelry): Shipped to the delivery address specified by the Client during the order process. Processing, manufacturing (for personalized products), and delivery times are indicated on the Site prior to order validation. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers.

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation:

For standard physical products (e.g., non-personalized jewelry): The Client has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return shipping costs are born exclusively by the Client.

EXCEPTION FOR PERSONALIZED AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS: In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, provisions of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, and equivalent EU directives, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Posters and Books generated based on the Client’s specific birth data).

The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent (Instantaneously generated digital astrological charts).

Consequently, no refund, cancellation, or return will be accepted for personalized or digital products once the order has been validated and the production/generation process has been launched.

Physical products sold on the Site automatically benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity and the statutory warranty against hidden defects, allowing the Client to return defective or non-compliant delivered products. In the event of a proven non-conformity of a physical product (for example, a poster damaged during transit or a printing error on our part), the Seller agrees to send a replacement product or issue a refund to the Client.

The Seller disclaims all liability regarding the interpretation or use made by the Client of the astrological readings provided. The astrology and recreational astronomy offered on the Site are intended strictly for entertainment and personal development purposes; no life decisions shall be attributed to the content of the calculated charts.

The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, telecommunication network disruptions, or technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The Seller collects the Client's personal data (including birth details) for order processing and product personalization purposes. The processing of this data is carried out in compliance with European regulations (GDPR) and is detailed in the Site's Privacy Policy.

These GTCS are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those of the Seller's registered office (Belgium) or those of the Client's place of residence, at the Client's discretion.
