1. The Golden Rule: Personalized and Digital Products
The vast majority of our products (Astrological readings, Personalized books, Personalized posters/prints, Made-to-order or engraved jewelry) are custom-crafted based on your personal birth data (first name, last name, date, exact time, and place of birth) or generated instantaneously online.
⚠️ Consequently, these products are strictly ineligible for any return, exchange, cancellation, or refund once the order has been validated and the manufacturing or generation process has been launched.
What the Law Says (European Legal Reminder):
In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (notably Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, equivalent provisions of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, and EU directives), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
“The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized” (which covers your custom astrological books and posters).
“The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent” (which covers your digital astrological charts sent via email or available for immediate download).
2. Standard Products (Non-Personalized)
If you purchased a standard product from our CosmoShop (for instance, a generic non-engraved themed piece of jewelry or a standard generic children's book), you fully enjoy the legal right of withdrawal.
Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your package to change your mind.
Condition: The product must be returned in its original, brand-new, unworn condition (for jewelry), and inside its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are born exclusively by the Client.
Procedure: Please contact our customer support team at contact@mycosmovision.eu before shipping any item back, in order to receive the return address and processing instructions.
3. What happens in case of a defective product or an error?
Despite the utmost care taken in preparing your orders, an unexpected issue may occasionally occur. Your satisfaction remains our absolute priority.
A. Item damaged during transit or manufacturing defect
If your poster arrived creased, if your book has a physical printing defect, or if a piece of jewelry is faulty:
Take one or more clear photos of the defective item and its packaging.
Email them to contact@mycosmovision.eu within 48 hours of receiving the package.
After verification, we will reprint and reship a brand-new identical product at our expense, or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.
B. Errors in astrological birth data
If the mistake is ours: If the calculated or printed chart does not match the exact birth data you provided when placing your order, we will correct the error immediately and reship your product at our expense.
If the mistake is yours: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you entered (an error in the birth time or city completely alters the birth chart). No refund or free reprint can be granted for a data entry mistake on your part. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice a mistake immediately after payment: if production has not yet started, we will do our best to correct it in time.
4. Refund Terms
When a refund is approved (returned standard product or a defective item that cannot be replaced), it will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
The refund will be credited directly back to the original payment method used during the initial purchase (credit card or secure payment account). You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund has been issued.
